Hrithik65 on Monday, September 28, 2009 absolute heaven!.. to cast aside all flaws and love someone so utterly, to place your lover on a pedestal and regard them as your God, worship them... sounds as though the lyricist originally conceived these words to praise the lord.. there are so many spiritual connotations implied, esp. when she says "kyun main toofan se daroon..mera saahil aap hai"..and the chorus of course, "your eyes deemed me worthy of your love" ..to yield your vulnerability like that.. wow. the words are perfect! (sigh)

brought it on to the silver screen for all to enjoy. Her dedication to
acting is legendary and she gave every role everything she had. She wanted
to act so badly that she revered every role, unlike stars of today whose
mom and dad push them to act and you see the result of that. NO expressions
and no integrity, they are just there, taking up space, maybe a few
exceptions like Amir Khan

these "new" songs u had a different perception and a different attitude
towards these songs than u do today. i totally agree with u that these
songs are unique, but there still is good music to be found in today´s
music world. i personally loved the slower songs from "aaja nachle" (for
example oh re piya or is pal). they were in a way "down-to-earth.
