Well she never prayed,She was hanging out with a man who was a total stranger and it was ok with her to hear him confess his love.If the movie makers don't know the ABC of Islam better not show it in the first place!

karanpria01 on Saturday, January 26, 2008
I love dis song the lyrics are so good but wat is the film about

tejbose on Wednesday, January 30, 2008
I do not agree with your assessment of the main character. I think above
being a proper representative of a specific religion, the girl showed that
being an assertive human being who would go to the ends of the earth to
save the person she loved was her duty, and I think in any religion, she
would be seen as a positive role model for women. I think your view of how
women SHOULD ACT is very narrow minded and detrimental to social progress
in not just Islam but any religion.

what does Yeh Hosla mean and what is the song about?

sabbirsa on Thursday, February 21, 2008
The problem with some of the society is that for them a woman should always be subsevient. That is their marker. As soon as a woman demontrates her strong personality it is seen as a threat. I have only one message to people like Qumrok. A society will never prosper if you treat the women wrongly. I mean look at societies like Iran or Iraq. They have everything yet they have nothing no prosperity. (Thats just one reason).

what a beautiful and inspiring song!

Kaiser Khan on Monday, February 25, 2008
Dont wanna ruin it by telling you the story..Watch it trust me it's worth
watching.

sabbirsa on Monday, February 25, 2008
Don't be mad b/c I told the truth. If you cannot handle reality then too bad. What I said is true about a lot (Not All) of Islamic society today. Womens role is very narrowly defined and the authorities of these nations use religion to legitimize these notions and also use it as an instument of exploitation. I don't really care whether you agree with me or not. Also why should I keep my opinions to myself? I am entitled to express my point of view the same way you are as well entitled to.

sabbirsa on Monday, February 25, 2008
Just to let everyone know Islam is not exploitative its the people who claim that they are the "leaders" of Islam are exploitative, hypocritical and extremely biased. Thsi is MY OPINION and noone has to agree or disagree with it.

willida11 on Monday, February 25, 2008
I'm an african american who got the bollywood bug since learning some hindi
and getting to know the indian culture and I have to say that this is one
of my favorite movies that I could have in my possesion as far as indian
films. I love that there is a kind of innocense in the film, the music, the
originality, and how the plot is very clear, I mean there is no need to go
back on my dvd to understand what just happened. The main actress in the
movie is gorgeous also.

sabbirsa on Tuesday, February 26, 2008
Instead of coming up with such cheap comebacks you should try to back your arguements (if any) up with credible evidense. That is what an educated individual would do instead of bashing other religions. If I were taliban then my comments would have sounded exactly like yours.

sabbirsa on Friday, February 29, 2008
actually I was making my pioint of islam not being exploitative but some people who call themselves religious scholars propagate false information in order to exploit. next time please read before you answer to my comment.

sabbirsa on Friday, February 29, 2008
then don't argue. i mean you are the one who went from this song to sati rule in hiduism. where do you find the connection?

douchky on Friday, February 29, 2008
