I totally love Asha Parekh. She was to me a legend. As her acting was amazing and she is a versatile actress. Love her dancing to all types of music. She really lent herself well to traditional roles as well as contemporary stylish characters. All was believable.

gbolagun on Wednesday, September 17, 2008
one of the best songs to come out of Bollywood. a great song with wonderful rhythm. though i do not know if this lovely film was a hit. great to see Joy & Asha. they are great artistes.

ringarose85 on Sunday, September 21, 2008
Hi Alemoh..dont take it personally..I purposely replied to you here..you that woman is a die har hema fan..she is so obsssesive with her poetry and she will never see anyone giving any constructive criticism on Hemaji. you see how worked up she gets..honestly she is a total whack!

alemoh on Sunday, September 21, 2008
LOL that is funny. You are sweet. thanks.

deep388 on Wednesday, October 01, 2008
Asha looks excessively cute and sweet in this song!!

janingrigory on Saturday, October 11, 2008
Hi Ringarose85:) I was just casually going through some videos & I bumped into this very cute and funny comment of yours:) Hahahahhahaha! I wonder who you're talking about here! LOL I'll be very honest with you, you do have a very cute sense of humor that cracks me up:) I do enjoy some of your comments, believe it or not:) Anyways, take care dear:) Lovely video too:)

ringarose85 on Monday, October 13, 2008
janingrigory..i have stopped writing since cause i do not want get into a frenzy with you and your cronies like Gsingam, Sholay and all the rest. Those guys are like waiting to gun me down..at least you write w/out any foul language..thats pretty decent of you..they slander with foul language..makes me really scared. After all i am lady. and of course our literature and debating society chairperson, Mr. Pongkoki wow what english..

janingrigory on Monday, October 13, 2008
Thanks for the honest reply ringarose85:) I do appreciate the sincerity. To be honest with you, after this last time that we decided we were going to be cool with one another, I have "genuinely" been cool with you:) I just thought the comment was funny when I ran into it by chance:) I do mean it when I say that you do have a cute way with your comments that makes me laugh, they have a fun humor to them:) I do agree with some of your comments as well:) No worries about this post, I understand:)

janingrigory on Monday, October 13, 2008
I think some of Asha's fans have been spending WAY too much time on all the Hema videos because they seem to be obsessed enough with my comments to know them by heart and repeat them back (ie. the jealousy over Hema part which was a result of actions initiated by others). In any event, this is a lovely video by Asha Parekh and she is a good performer. Nice video with Asian influence!

alemoh on Monday, October 13, 2008
Janingrigory do not drag me into this. I think it is great that you folks are getting along but I don't appreciate your remarks towards me. If you noticed, I never indicated that it was you who placed the marks next to my comments. I do not appreciate your accuasations.

janingrigory on Monday, October 13, 2008
I don't know why you're so angry with me, other than being upset that I am fan of Hema as opposed to Asha. I love Hema and Zeenat the best out of all actresses ever but I can still appreciate other good artists & praise them for their talent. So, I have the right to go on an Asha video and I comment if I so choose.

janingrigory on Monday, October 13, 2008
I think you're extremely defensive and extremely judgmental. If someone doesn't agree that Asha is the best out there, they become your enemy. You don't know the first thing about who I am either so I suggest you knock off your snobby remarks. You may not like me, but I assure you, there are many others on youtube, and elsewhere, that do so I think my personality is just great the way it is. You seem to like to control & manipulate me and others to say that Asha is the best & I just don't agree.

janingrigory on Monday, October 13, 2008
I can comment on all the Asha videos just as you can on the Hema videos and place negative marks according to whether I agree or disagree with a statement, just as you said you could. So, in all fairness, I suggest you just accept it as a fact of life and move on.

alemoh on Monday, October 13, 2008
LOL you said these remarks to Ringarose85. When she did not agree with you you attacked her constantly. I thought she handled it very well. Amazing.

janingrigory on Monday, October 13, 2008
I honestly don't care if you like Hema or not, I doubt it makes a difference in her life or mine so this discussion is pointless. May the lord be with you and your Asha! Have a good evening! I also suggest anger management classes. Good night dear!

janingrigory on Monday, October 13, 2008
And I agree about Ringarose, at least she has enough class to come to a peaceful ending about something like ladies!!! Hats off to Ringarose for sure!!!! I have no problems with her.

alemoh on Monday, October 13, 2008
Who said anything about Hema? LOL Anger Management class is something that I am sure you are familiar with. LOL

janingrigory on Monday, October 13, 2008
You are not even coherent in your discussions. You just have some massive issue with me and I don't care to find out what it is. It is rather twisted and dark. If you send me any more comments, they will just be deleted. I won't bother coming to any more Asha videos since I'm not even a fan of hers so I don't care to be here. I just like her dancing, that's all. So, no need to waste my time here. Goodbye and hopefully this is the end.

nzmarycontrary on Tuesday, October 14, 2008
i loved Asha Parekh's dances in the 60's. Being a trained dancer, it was always a delight to watch her dance. Infact she also did a lot of semi-classical western dances as well. Here in Love in Tokyo, she looks amazing in her Japanese Kimono. Yes she is a legend of her time.
