music directors like RD...but yes the concept of films have definitely
improved. In no jail will the prisoner be dressed in proper kurta-punjabi
with a jacket...to top it all he has a nehru-topi like a politician in the
middle of the night while singing the song...that can happen only in
Bollywood.but the singing and lyrics ...is Awesome.

on kurta/ shirt because of the jacket..caps are provided to every prisoner
even today...this film was shot in 70's.you can't compare now and then.jail
code and dress have changed over the years.moreover some cinematic
liberties have to be accepted.in cold places, prisoners can wear a blanket/
jacket based on health conditions and special permission..nowadays some
jailbirds are being fed biriyaani!!!!!..then
