The movie did Above Average, it wasn't a disaster and it was not bad either I think.
By the way, the good perfomance in Nagina is due to Sridevi and Amirsh Puri, not Rishi Kapoor. And in Nigahen also, Sunny's role was much better than Rishi's in Nagina. But in both movies Sridevi was the protagonist :) .
naumanjanjua12 on Monday, February 22, 2010 Can`t find the box-office record. It is well known that the chemistry between Rishi and SriDevi was a guarantee for boxoffice success, same with Chandni. Sunny`s role was horrible. He doesn`t half have the appeal and looks of Rishi.

I think Sunny is the better actor than Rishi and his role in Nigahen was the better as well. But yes Amirsh Puri gave *ful* justice to the role in Nagina than Anumpa in Nigahen .
But what I am saying is Nigahen was *not* a disaster as mentioned by your earlier :)
