This coming from a country that had a 12% litteracy rate at independence (1947). I don't understand why we're considered "illiterate". We're more litterate than any country like China, Russia, Japan, and Pakist- well, that was self-evident; every country with the invention of fire in Asia probably is. Anyway, what again about Indians never learning?
