D3leriumX on Monday, November 01, 2010 It's 2 bad manoj went all right wing and nationalistic after all the great socialistic movies he made.
RamRahima1 on Thursday, November 18, 2010 sisters and brothers, while listening this wonderful song, I wished, i had means to ask those who grant peace prizes, how about this song, wording and the man who wrote them, do not deserve any acknowledgment, even after their death? Strange I am feeling so proud of those who wrote and performed this master peace. Bagwan - Allah - Ram bless them all. a big THANK to Tiger for this present.
bindiyay on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 My favourite of the patriotic film songs India has made. So relevant, in
its own day /and/ today. And the music is fantastic. Thank you so much for
uploading this. By the way - "Lo bhakti bhajan sab bhool gayein / Aur filmi
gaane gaatein hai" - I sing this line all the time. Top class!! XD Vande
Mataram!
Anit Patel on Sunday, January 30, 2011 I think the tune and music were composed by Kalyanji Anandji duo. This team
gave super hits after super hits for Manoj Kumar until Manoj Kumar switched
to LP.
aceji on Saturday, May 21, 2011 RAJ KAPOOR and MANOJ KUMAR films were full of messages. Here the IMPORTANT
line is regarding expanding nukes. BAROOD AGAR YE PHAT JAYE,SARI DUNIYA JAL
JAYE TO PHIR USKE BAAD.. Good song by M KAPOOR and
Kalyanji-Anandji.
Ifellintoanavalanch on Saturday, June 11, 2011 The irony is that Indian society has exactly evolved to what this song is singing against.. Jai Hind!!
Alok Chadha on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 how true.what a song

3plylakyog on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 Bharat please bring these movies back!!!!!
asha1053 on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 love Mahendra Kapoor's song!...love Manoj Kumar's performance.Nutan looks great!
pionyt on Monday, July 30, 2012 In the title : The singer is "Mahendra Kapoor", not "Mohinder Kapoor".
pionyt on Monday, July 30, 2012 Great song and lyrics ... and I couldn't help but get attracted to Nutan's
smile and laughter ... that is so so natural and amazingly cute :)
pionyt on Monday, July 30, 2012 This song tries to show the sad state of affairs as lack of of virtues in
normal citizens and politicians. That how when poor people don't even
enough to eat, some people find it right to produce 10 kids... How by
blindly copying western trends Indians have forgotten their own culture,
how the world is investing so much in creating destructive things like
nuclear bombs, while they should invest more in peace. How instead of
visiting temples people everyone only visits pubs and Clubs, etc. :)
Weet ik niet on Monday, July 30, 2012 Thnx! But I still do not understand why the "tara"(stars) are doing in this
song. Why do the stars say such things? Is it cause they are
"everlasting" and so can see it all happening?
Weet ik niet on Saturday, September 01, 2012 OOohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh A BILLION THNX!
pionyt on Thursday, September 27, 2012 Oh no. Ek tara doesn't mean "One star". as two words. It's "Iktara", one
word, which is the name of the small musical instrument he's holding (Round
bottom with wooden stick). It got its name because it has just one string
('taar'). Ek 'taar' --> Ektaara ... that is one having just one string. (as
opposed to like Guitar which has many strings).
Weet ik niet on Friday, September 28, 2012 Oh man, how dumb of me! A 1000 thnx for the explanation man!!!
Sanjay Kaloo on Saturday, May 04, 2013 last stanza of the song is perfect matching todays neta of the country.
Scott Greenwood on Sunday, August 11, 2013 I love the midget in the video
aceji on Saturday, June 21, 2014 The word TARA is not star, in this song!!! Think of SITAR,GUITAR etc these
are string instruments. The word TAAR is for thin wire and this instrument
with ONE STRING is called EK TARA. Manoj Kumar is holding EK TARA and
singing about this instrument.
