Madhuri this the bomb at doing indian dances. OMG SHE ROCKS BOLLYWOOD.

indusvalleytrooper on Monday, February 08, 2010
Why does this have to be a competition between the two? This is Madhuri handing the baton to Aishwarya, the old queen handing the crown over to the new one.

rohitkumar1234567 on Monday, February 08, 2010
Madhuri danced 10 times better than Ash.

biohazardouss on Friday, February 12, 2010
Uhh, no. I've danced for years. In fact I know this dance. Madhuri &
Aishwarya are both wonderful dancers here, but Madhuri is far superior to
Aishwarya overall.

MILIND GUNAJI IS HOT HOT HOT!!

sonny19xx on Thursday, February 25, 2010
This is hara kiri of the original Dev Das by Bankim Chandra . The earlier screen version could not do full justice to the original. But atleast they were true to the original and kept up the spirit of the novel. Here comes another, that even took away the spirit the original and distorted the story. The self absorbed and self conscious style of the actors and actresses concerned - including Shah Rukh, Aiswarya and Madhuri - is quite unbearable. The music is loud and jarring to the ears. THANKS

LiteraryWriter on Thursday, February 25, 2010
Loud and jarring? You've got to be kidding.

Sambucca on Friday, February 26, 2010
The camera moves are so good. Hollywood should make use of Bollywood cinematographers.

sweet987able on Saturday, February 27, 2010
omg my cuzin me dance this song n gud thing we aced it,luv it

misskrypt0nit3 on Saturday, February 27, 2010
when madhuri dances, u can just not watch anybody else in the frame!!

LiteraryWriter on Monday, March 01, 2010
This video is one of the greatest accomplishments in cinematic history. It is spectacular in every way, from the interplay of light and shadow, to the gorgeous combination of Aishwarya and Madhuri. If you assembled 1,000 of the world's most creative people - musicians, tailors, choreographers - and you gave them 1,000 years to produce a work superior to this, they could not do it. This video has achieved the status of Pure Art and Pure Beauty. It is incomparable and can never be surpassed.

Westlywes on Monday, March 08, 2010
wow Aishwarya Rai is AMAZING at her singing and dancing, she REALLY gets
into it. Shes awesome I had no idea she was a singer and a dancer as well
as an actress, though I should have known someone as gorgeous as she is
multitalented. :D

Westlywes on Monday, March 08, 2010
BTW could anyone possibly tell me what they are saying, generally what the
song is saying, dosent have to be word for word I'd just like to know what
its about please. :)

Roselyn Smith on Tuesday, March 09, 2010
I love Indian movies, and lip-syncing is working great in them. Just an
FYI, in most European countries, a person cannot be an actor/actress unless
he/she can sing also. It's like a job requirement. But that's just Europe.
And no, in American musicals, the actors don't lip-sync either.

shabbygrl on Wednesday, March 10, 2010
aishwarya is not a singer just actress and in bollywood u do need to know
how to dance thats wat makes it different from other film industries but ya
she is really beautuful

Westlywes on Thursday, March 11, 2010
@shabbygrl Oh then whos the one singing?

IronGuy100 on Thursday, March 11, 2010

Love this song.

blueloverrocker on Friday, March 12, 2010
cool i didnt know that :)

tommygirlkiddo on Friday, March 12, 2010
Well, other than anklets and bangles and bells, they're singing about the man they both love. The young one - played by Aishwarya - tells the other one - Madhuri - to take care of him and love him and all that. Madhuri's character then says that it's Aish he truly loves. In the end, it's a song of sisterhood. They love the same man but they don't hate eachother since they share the same goal: they both just want him to be happy. This isn't a very detailed description but you get the gist.

tommygirlkiddo on Friday, March 12, 2010
Everyone who participated at creating this movie did their parts wonderfully. Aish was beautiful and delicate, Madhuri was seductive, the singers sounded amazing, the images were spellbinding. That's all that matters, really. And each and everyone of these persons are incredibly talented. Why worry about what they CAN'T do, instead of appreciating what they CAN do so amazingly well? And not every actor can sing, I'm European too and it's not true. For plays maybe, but for movies not really.

YesAmPorkY on Monday, March 15, 2010
I love this song It's So Cool

princessofdcool on Monday, March 22, 2010
ash luks taller, slimmer and more beautiful dan madhuri...

PaddySnuffles on Monday, March 22, 2010
Actually, they do usually lip synch in american movies, but often to the actor's/actresses' own voices. In Moulin Rouge it was said more than once in the making-of featurette that its an uncommon practice to sing as the scene is being done, and that they usually sing separetely and then synch the visual with the audio. :)

PaddySnuffles on Monday, March 22, 2010
I love this song! It's so bouncy and energetic! :D Even though I have no coordination skills nor speak their language it just makes me want to sing sing and dance along with them! ^^ btw, what's the story of the movie? :)

Keybie Key on Sunday, March 28, 2010
Why are there so many thumbs downs and negatives on this?! This is one of

Pritayyy on Saturday, April 10, 2010
madhuri is so amazing and she was 3 months pregnant in this video!!

tony frank De' S on Sunday, April 11, 2010
Madhuri was born to dance.. Ash on the other hand is a competent dancer
although not on Madhuri's level but nonetheless on the same platform with
Madhuri she is competent but struggling to keep up with Madhuri who dances
like a breeze. Nice song and a good dance by both. Very entertaining.

LiteraryWriter on Sunday, April 11, 2010
Any single component of this video, if taken in isolation, would justify the classification as Supreme Art. The clothes are positively stunning and, along with the jewelry, turn these beautiful women into surreal, otherworldly creatures that dazzle the eye. The song is rich and luxurious; it trips along sweetly and melodically. The dancing is superlative, the acting fabulous. Not a thousand poets, if given a thousand years, could capture a greater sense of beauty than has been immortalized here.

tropicalblend4u on Sunday, April 11, 2010
Madhuri's dancing level is unmatched.

kismet927 on Wednesday, April 14, 2010
Madhuri just glows! I mean I grew up watching her so I guess I will always
have an affection for her, I mean in the summer I watch Hum Aapke Hain
Koun? like once a day every day...lol..know it ALL BY HEART. But, Ash just
has quite a depressing beauty IMHO

tropicalblend4u on Thursday, April 15, 2010
Madhuri wins.
