His father Pirthavi RK didn't want him to take up his career in cinema.The
film was made by him essentially to convey to his father - that he can
elevate films to levels of artistic excellence, and thus it can be a pride
for the family. And not only did his father acknowledge it, but the entire
world acknowledged it then and does it now for the films he made - one of
