qawwalis are not to be listened to. but some refuse to accept this advise
and try to legitimize this by saying khawaja ajmeri listened to qawwalis.
ala hazrat has also answered this question with the following qawwali is
only for ahl (people that qualify ) meaning they get intoxicated with the
words not the music. where as common folk get intoxicated with music not
the words. take the music away then see how they react
