Comments for song "Chhed Gayo Mohe Sapne Me Shyam"
V. Siddhartha on Thursday, June 03, 2010 Listen to the sitar prelude and see how smoothly Lataji takes over from it
. And Lataji's voice resonates with its own sitar-like vibrations. It is as
if the sitar itself was given some divine vocal chords by her, so
harmoniously does her voice blend with the instrument. One never ceases to
marvel at the gifts of this lady. Our tribute should also go of course to
CR, one of the finest composers of old Bombay. Just heavenly, Ajay. Thank
you.
