In 80s I had read an article in The Illustrated Weekly Of India that Bappin Lahiri had given some marvellous score in his earlier movies like Balika Badhu , Zakhmi etc . From there only I got this wrong impression . Sorry to everybody .

No one, I repeat, no one can compose a song that captures the essence of a nubile romance like RD - not Bappi da for sure.
Even though Bappi da had given some great music in his early days, no one ever comes close to RD.
BTW, I have never seen anyone shouting (all caps) something that's totally incorrect :)
