rengasun on Friday, November 02, 2007 Meena Kumari looks so beautiful
Sholay48 on Thursday, November 08, 2007 I wonder how threatened other singers must have felt at the time the songs
in this film came out. I suppose they eventually had to concede and
appreciate. I would not be surprised if Naushad himself was in a state of
disbelief to hear how well Rafi sang that song. Even Lata wanted to chip
into this song. She did in the second part, but her voice could hardly be
heard. Only Rafi can sing this.
siddiqui1978 on Friday, November 09, 2007 Speechless...
yigalite on Saturday, December 08, 2007 great song...and Mohd. Rafi has sung it so well..those were truly the golden years of hindi film music...
rashidsyed on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 mesmerizing...wow!
Bajaury on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 Every time I hear this song I get goosebumps. It is such a thrilling song.
This song is certainly the magnum opus of Mohammad Rafi. Naushad must have
chills down his back when hear Rafi sung it. Bravo both Rafi and Naushad.
MOHAMMAD QADEER on Thursday, January 31, 2008 beautiful song you can listen this 100 time a day and still you will be
thirsty for this.I have no words and really speechless to praise this
song
V. Siddhartha on Saturday, February 02, 2008 Many thanks, friend, for posting this and other lyrics from Baiju
Bawra.Herethe composition, the landscape, the singing, the sweet poetry of
the lyric, and the beauty and gifted acting of Meena K. and of BB are all
parts of an exquisite whole. Take any part out and it will not have the
same enthralling effect. BB loved Madhubala .He would have made a truly
loyal spouse for her. Sad torecall how things turned out for Madhu.
V. Siddhartha on Monday, February 04, 2008 Somehow I feel that only the delicately lovely and supremely gifted Meena
Kumari could have performed her role here with the skill she displays --
the mortifying embarrassment through her facial expressions and hands when
her sweetheart played by BB is exposing their love to all her friends and
neighbors , who playfully tease her. Meena was an inspired choice for this
film. So sad to recall that her life ended early and in tragedy, too. How
unfair the world became to this beloved star!
ajoshiusc on Saturday, February 23, 2008 sure he can. kishore kumar's sad songs are legendary.
eshoppie on Thursday, February 28, 2008 this is not a sad song.
Shravan K Manyam on Saturday, March 08, 2008 Beautiful song.. . One of the gems by Naushad/Mohd. Rafi combination. Both
were superb in their areas.
vindMera on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 Let me ask you something importatnt. You were listening to this song, enjoying I suppose, and admiring Rafi. Ok now, how does that trigger a comment about Kishore?
muslimkush on Thursday, March 27, 2008 mere desh ko kisi ki buri nazar lag gayi. ab na to aise gaav rahe na rahi woh maasoomiyat. is gaane me jo anand hai woh AR Rehman ke gaane me kaha !!

nidodido on Sunday, March 30, 2008 and lyrics by Shakeel Badayouni
Bajaury on Thursday, April 10, 2008 Every time I listen to this song I have goose bumps. ONLY NAUSHAD can bring
out the best in Rafi and Lata. Also, Lata's voice suits perfectly the lips
of Meena Kumari and Nimmi. I guess I would not be wrong if I call this song
the best ever by Rafi sahib. What a legend!!!
Humayun Ramzan on Saturday, April 12, 2008 bhala kaise totain ge bandhan yeh dil k..becharti nahi moj se moj mil

zfk110 on Monday, May 26, 2008 This is first and last movie where Nushaad Sh won any award, pity and
shameful for Film Fare. Which isn't the fare I believe.
anupatoz on Friday, June 06, 2008 NAUSHAD added the classical value.
alokshishir on Saturday, June 21, 2008 Really! and you mean your dad hasn't got any taste as well! Dude if you
can't appreciate others' tastes, please leave such 'peeps' alone. You will
help making the world a better place.
Devinder Kumar on Monday, June 30, 2008 I am sure this is an honest comment. The beauty of the world lies in its
variations, not only among individuals but also within the same individual
over time. I am sure since you have taste you will come back to this great
taste as well which your dad, anyway likes.
niljal on Wednesday, July 09, 2008 Old is always gold...and feel happy when hear this kind of songs...Thankx

paulved on Monday, August 25, 2008 If you had asked me ten years ago, I d have agreed with you and said "yes"
Its boring. I love music and hear music, English, spanish, rege, and latest
hip-hop bollywood day and night. I am 58 years now and now I understand
what the others are trying to say. It is one of the best composition
Naushad saheb has made. It is truly magical.
