That all human aspirations and achievements are fragile and subject to the
inexorable march of time is a universal enough piece of simple and stark
reality, but Sudhir Phadke and Lataji here lend it their ultimate affecting
power. SP's compositions are always known for masterfully tapping the
essence of the lyrics and for enabling Lataji to harness her best potential
too. Thanks,Ajay.

@BharatGul thank you sir for bringing out the essence of this beautiful
poetry so touchingly rendered by lata ji . the lyrics are adorned
beautifully by the composer to bring out the sadness of the poem and
complements lata ji's heartfelt singing . which brought tears to my eyes .

uploaded by ajayuv . my sincerest thanks to you for the first knowledgeable

This is one of the finest, most beautiful but most neglected song sung by
Lata Mangeshkar. Such profound meaning in the lyrics, but we don't know who
wrote this gem of a song. Even Sudhir Phadke's millions of fans do not know
about this pearl hidden in the ocean called Indian music.

Beautiful. Lyrics and melody - made for each other. Pandit Narendra Sharma
was the lyricist/ creator of the soul of the song. On top of it, Sudhir
Phadke's composition gave life to the song. Above all, Lata's divine voice
- what a soothing effect. Still one may get goose-bumps just listening to
it. Avadh Lal

tune and they turned it into a hearttouching melody.God bless them

Kya kehne !! Lataji ki Awaz,Narendra ji ke shabda, aur Sudhir Phadke ji ke
sur ! Aisa badhiya milap. Ekdam dhimi lay. Baar baar sunne ka ji jahta
